RobinsonEmpire.com operates as an online marketplace connecting vendors with customers across the United States. As the policy holder, RobinsonEmpire.com facilitates the platform for transactions but does not engage in any physical handling, warehousing, shipping, or returns. All shipping, delivery, and return-related inquiries must be handled directly by the vendor from whom the customer has purchased.
Shipping Company & Method
Vendors on RobinsonEmpire.com are responsible for selecting and managing their own shipping providers. The recommended national shipping carriers include but are not limited to:
- UPS - United Parcel Service
- FedEx - Federal Express
- USPS - United States Postal Service
- DHL eCommerce - International Delivery
Vendors are expected to use trackable and insured shipping methods to ensure secure and reliable delivery of goods.
Delivery Timeframe
Vendors must clearly communicate the following to customers:
- Processing Time: Estimated processing time from order to shipment (typically 1–3 business days).
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day, where applicable
Shipping times must be disclosed on the product page or vendor storefront.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined solely by the vendor and must be transparently listed during checkout. Vendors may offer:
- Flat-rate shipping
- Free shipping
- Calculated real-time rates based on carrier pricing
All fees collected for shipping are the responsibility and property of the vendor. RobinsonEmpire.com does not participate in or profit from shipping charges.
Returns and Handling
RobinsonEmpire.com does not accept returns, does not store or manage inventory, and does not handle product exchanges or customer claims related to delivery. All returns and customer service inquiries related to shipping or product dissatisfaction must be directed to the vendor.
Each vendor must establish and display their Return & Refund Policy prominently within their vendor portal.
Vendor Requirements & Responsibilities
All vendors on RobinsonEmpire.com must agree to the following conditions:
- Inventory Ownership: Vendors maintain full ownership and control of inventory. RobinsonEmpire.com does not provide warehouse storage or product fulfillment services.
- Shipping Accountability: Vendors are solely responsible for selecting reliable carriers, ensuring timely dispatch, and managing lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
- Tracking Information: Vendors must provide tracking numbers to customers once the product has shipped. A copy of the tracking number must also be uploaded to the RobinsonEmpire.com order dashboard.
- Compliance: Vendors must comply with all relevant U.S. shipping regulations, including state and federal shipping restrictions, labeling laws, and carrier-specific guidelines.
- Transparent Communication: Vendors are required to maintain clear and responsive communication with customers regarding delivery status and concerns.
Liability Disclaimer
RobinsonEmpire.com is not liable for:
- Delays in shipping
- Lost or damaged items
- Shipping fee disputes
- Returns - All disputes are settled by Robinson Empire LLC
- Customs holds or issues (for international vendors shipping to the USA)
All such matters are to be resolved directly between the vendor and the customer.

By registering as a vendor on RobinsonEmpire.com, you acknowledge and agree to all terms in this Delivery & Shipping Policy. Failure to comply with these standards may result in suspension or termination of your vendor account without refund.
